This Scottish owned lisenced Guest House is ideally located only 100 yards from the Promenade. Conveniently situated for all the major attractions, tram, bus routes, local markets, roadside stalls, cafe's, restaurants, and the golden sandy beaches. The Tower, Pleasure Beach, the 3 Piers and arcades, are all within easy walking distance.
We have a few ground floor en-suite rooms available for guests with limited mobility.
Our dining room is spacious and all meals are freshly prepared with a varied menu.
